Keep your clients
Small, regular habits that keep clients happy and bring you the next business.
Clients stay with someone who looks after them. Most of that work is small, and it happens every month.
Answer quickly
Reply to every message within a business day, and say when a change will be done.
Show them the small changes
In their login, a client can describe a change in plain words, change a headline, replace a photo or bring back an earlier version. Show them once, at the handover, and they'll do the small things themselves.

- Every change is a version you can bring back in one tap.
Read their report first
Each month, your client's login shows a short report with their visits, taps on the call button, texts and messages. Read it before they do, and mention one thing that went well the next time you talk.
Keep the details current
When the hours, the prices or the menu change, update the website that day. Each time you talk, ask whether anything has changed.
When a payment doesn't go through
Your client sees a reminder in their login with a link to update their card, and the site stays online for 14 days. We let you know too, so you can call them before it pauses.
Ask for the next one
When a client is happy, ask whether you can show their website to the next business you visit, and whether they know an owner who needs one.
